132KV power transformer, used in the substation of the steel factory in Seville, Spain
【Project Overview 】
Industrial users, especially large electric arc furnace steel mills, have extremely demanding requirements for the reliability, short-circuit resistance capacity, and power quality of power supply transformers. Therefore, we have specially designed a 132KV high-resistance power transformer for the steel plant in Seville, Spain. We used advanced magnetic field and short-circuit force simulation software for the design, and adopted a special winding structure and pressing process to enable it to withstand frequent impact loads and minimize harmonic influence.
The successful operation of this "steel heart" has ensured the continuous and efficient operation of the customer's production line. Its outstanding performance has established a good reputation for us in the high-end market of industrial transformers in Europe.
After replacing the energy-saving transformer, the factory's average monthly electricity consumption has dropped by about 15%. The no-load loss and load loss are significantly lower than the national standard. The electricity bill saved by long-term use is close to the equipment purchase cost, and the cost-effectiveness is outstanding.
